Morning Year 6,

For Maths today, we are moving on to the standard written method for subtraction - please make sure you watch the tutorial videos before you do the calculations.

In English, you are writing a persuasive letter about the global issue of palm oil from an orang-utan's point of view - I know how passionate you have become about this issue, so I can't wait to read your letters. This is an independent piece of writing, therefore make sure you do your very best to show us how much your writing has improved this half term. Remember to include the key skills you have learnt.

Today's word of the day is...hurtle. Learn it with the Word Rap. Make sure you don't hurtle through your work today - work carefully and make sure you think.
