Groups / Arrival Times

* Please note that this course will be limited to 60 places.

There will be either two or three groups for this course.

* This will be decided closer to the time *

Due to the current situation, we have decided to make either two or three separate arrival / departure times for the children which will help with larger gatherings at the front entrance. These two or three separate arrival / departure times will run in line with the three groups we are going to have on the course:

Group 1 - 8:40am - 2:40pm
Group 2 - 8:50am - 2:50pm
Group 3 - 9:00am - 3:00pm
*group 1 will be the youngest group with group 3 being the oldest group

A further email will be sent out in early April 2022 confirming which group your child will be in (these two or three groups will be formed by age). If you have more than one child attending the course, please follow the timings for your oldest child. For example, if you have a child in group 1 and a child in group 3, then your timings will be 9:00am - 3:00pm.

When the groups have been announced there will be no option to change groups this time in order for children to stay in the same bubble throughout the week.

Payment

We will only be accepting online payments. Payments must be made by Monday 1st April 2022

If payment is not received by this time then your child's place will be offered to another child who is on the reserve list. Groupings can not be decided until all places have been confirmed by payment.
