Y2 Educational Visit

Year 2 Blackpool Trip

Dear Parents and Carers,

On Thursday 4th July 2024, Year 2 will be visiting Blackpool as part of our History topic.  We will board a tram to take us up to Blackpool Tower to see the sights, taking in the human physical features of the coastline along the way. This is linked to our topic of The Seaside – Then and Now. We will then visit the Blackpool Tower Circus and have lunch afterwards. 

We will travel to the venue at 9.30am by coach and return to school before the end of the school day.  The children will be required to wear their normal school uniform.  Where children usually have a school dinner, we will provide the children with a packed lunch for the day.

We kindly request a payment of £14.00 towards the cost of the visit. Please pay via Parent Pay. If your child is in receipt of Pupil Premium funding, the cost will be £7.00
