Debbie Buttery

I currently have two children at Sherwood, and two older children, one of whom left in the summer and the older one three years ago. I have a background in NHS Project Management and, I am a qualified primary school teacher who taught for a few years.  I am very pleased to have the opportunity to work with such a dedicated team to enable all Sherwood children to reach their full potential.  I am keen to support the whole Sherwood community to continue thriving and flourishing in any way I can. 

I have just taken on the role of Pupil Premium governor which will involve sitting on the Standards and Curriculum committee.   I am also the nominated governor for History and look forward to working with staff and students in this area.
