Multiplication with Arrays

Year 1 have been learning to use arrays to understand multiplication as repeated addition. They learnt about the commutative law meaning the result of the multiplication stays the same even if the position of the numbers is reversed. For example: 2 x 3 =6 and 3 x 2=6.
