Harvest at Sherwood

This week, on the theme of Interdependence, we have learnt how much we rely on food and resources from all over the World in our every day lives.

We have shown our appreciation for food and thought carefully about the sustainable action that we can take each day, that in time will impact on farmers globally.

We held our annual Harvet collection today. We have collected 375 tins, 100 packets of pasta, 45 bags of rice and a further 50 items of dried food. Thank you to our School Community for your generous donations. All donations will be given to the Salvation Army Foodbank in Preston,.
