Lesson: Design and technology

Class: Year 4 Year: 2022 - 2023

It has been bread week this week in our food technology lessons at Broughton High School. We learned about the importance of kneading the dough to create gluten and how carbon dioxide is realeased to allow the bread to rise. We then added some different herbs to our bread to make it even tastier. Thank you very much to all our helpers - I wonder what is on the menu next week.
