Our final cookery week!
Class: Year 4 Year: 2022 - 2023
This week is 4JBs final week visiting Broughton High School's food technology department. A huge thank you to Mrs Newton for having us and teaching us. This week we made blackcurrent jam turnovers. They were delicious! We learned all about the properties of puff pastry and compared home made jam to shop bought jam.
