Class: Year 5 Year: 2022 - 2023

This week, Year 5 had a visit from space scientist Dr Sheila Kanani. Her presentation about the planets was fascinating, then the children carried out a number of activities, including testing reaction times, measuring how tall we would be in space (apparently we grow slightly when we are in space!), creating space bones and testing their strengh. I'm sure your children will fill you in on some amazing facts about space.
