The Halle at The Bridgewater Hall

Year 4 visited The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester today to join the Halle Orchestra for their performance of Are You Sitting Comfortably? They listened to pieces of music inspired by books and stories, and sang along to The Bare Necessities from The Jungle Book which included using Makaton to sign their performance. They learnt a lot about the different instruments in an orchestra and throughly enjoyed their morning! Well done children for being great ambassadors for Sherwood on our trip!
